CABALLEROS, COPIO LINK A OTRO VIDEO QUE ENCONTRÈ EN YOUTUBE CON EL MISMO RUIDO. ALGUIEN ENTIENDE CON PRECISIÒN LO QUE DICEN EN INGLÈS EN LA GLOSA DEL VIDEO ACERCA DEL PROBLEMA? YO ENTIENDO BASTANTE PERO LOS TEMAS TÈCNICOS NO LOS ENTENDÌ. HOY JUSTAMENTE HABLÈ CON EL JEFE DE USADOS DE WBM Y ME DIJO QUE ESE MISMO RUIDO LO HABÌA SABIDO DE OTRO 523 TIEMPO ATRÀS Y ERA UN TEMA DE REPROGRAMACIÒN. ENTIENDO QUE HABLAN LO MISMO EN ESTE VIDEO. SIN EMBARGO, NO ENTIENDO LO QUE DICEN ACERCA DEL ACEITE. AYUDA PLEASE.
LA GLOSA DEL VIDEO DICE LO SIGUIENTE:
This was on a BMW X3 with an N52T on a 2013 model year. The ticking changes with engine RPM. This the technically updated engine that has updated lifters and rockers and should not have had this problem. There is a programming fix for ticking at cold starts but this had already been performed. Since it reminded me so much of the older lifter problem, after checking oil pressure and level (80 PSI) the lifters where removed and checked. All looked good but went ahead with replacement. The exhaust lifters and rockers where replaced which corrected the ticking noise.
This was the only one I have seen so far so maybe it was just a bad lifter but I thought the same thing when I heard it for the first time. So far this is not a common issue but we will have to wait and see.
